Hathor's Fire - Here is our response: "The creation of music is the same as any communication at the source. All interaction, from the microcosmic, energy particles, chemical interactions, to DNA, to cells, neurons, tissues, all these things come together to create consciousness. In a way we are the voice of a universe, one speck of an eternal anatomy. We can only create what we’ve experienced as an input from our own reality. Whatever we are attracted to, what we dislike, emotions gleaned from experiences. How do we perceive our reality and what emotions are conjured in our minds and hearts? Intense emotions of loss, desire, or yearning may boil up through our fingertips in an attempt to match what we feel. Cries of ecstasy or joy emanate from the musician. She is the Voice of the Voice of the Universe. Business people say that, as musicians, we are the product. As musicians we say that we are the art. We are the communication. We are the creation. We are the attempt to express what living beings feel without words. Some may understand and some may not and that’s OK.
